About

I am a registered psychologist currently completing my clinic psychology registrar program.

I am a hopeful optimist about humans tremendous power to change. I am awed at individuals courage to face themselves. And as we begin to intentionally change our thinking and behaviours, we recreate ourselves.

Being human is messy, beautiful, and complex. We crave connection, yet simultaneously we long to be our authentic selves. We want meaning, but we get caught in old patterns, fears, and self-doubt. Therapy is a space to step back, tune in, and make sense of it all.

I work with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, phobias, addiction, and more—but really, I work with people. People figuring out who they are, how to navigate relationships, and how to live in a way that feels real and fulfilling.

My approach blends curiosity, compassion, honesty and evidence-based techniques from CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Parts Work. I too have a keen interest in exploring how the nervous system mediates social and emotional wellbeing.

Together, we’ll rewrite unhelpful stories, shift perspectives, and work towards a life that aligns with what truly matters to you.

Weekly Attention Practice - coming soon

8-Week Online Workshop: The Power of Attention

Join me, a psychologist in private practice, for an 8-week exploration of how attention shapes our ability to create meaningful change.

In both my personal and professional life, I’ve seen how paying attention improves mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. By noticing our thoughts and emotions early, we can better understand how they influence us, find space between our reactions, and become more attuned to our body, mind, and the world around us. As we sharpen our focus inward, we also improve our connections outward—benefiting not just ourselves, but our relationships and communities.

We’ll explore attention across cultures and time from both theoretical and practical perspectives. This is a space to learn, reflect, and grow together.

No cost, no pressure—just curiosity and connection.

I look forward to seeing you there!
